The electro cure multi pole uv led curing system operates 2 3 or 4 high powered uv leds to allow curing from several angles or different locations simultaneously.

The economy and ease of use of the singlepole system are an excellent choice for the design of low to high volume automated production systems or for bench assembly. Similar to the multi pole unit the single pole fits easily into automated production systems and can be controlled via footswitch or plc. Uv spot cure systems can be equipped with rod lenses single or multi pole lightguides in various diameters and lengths for a variety of curing options.
This high intensity also makes the sunspot 2 ideal for use with multi pole light guides for simultaneous light delivery to 2 3 or 4 curing zones eliminating the need for multiple lamp systems. The relatively narrow frequency band of energy emitted by leds results in cooler substrate temperatures making them ideal for curing thermally sensitive materials. Each pole emits 2 5 watts cm2 and can be incorporated into any x y motion control system or similar fixture for automated production and can be controlled via optional footswitch or computer signaling through a plc.
Led spot cure systems utilize high intensity leds instead of conventional metal halide or mercury arc lamps. The single pole led uv curing system is a small space saving system with the same form function and features of the multi pole with a single led output.
