My Transfer Tape Won T Let Go Of My Vinyl

My transfer tape won t let go of my vinyl. Having problems getting the transfer tape to pick up all the letters in your decal. Your vinyl is not sticking to your transfer tape. 2 mine sometimes does not want to let go of the vinyl onto what i am trying to apply it on. You create a decal but only some of the letters stick onto the transfer tape while the rest are left behind on the backing paper.
It is still sticky but the vinyl is 10x easier to remove. I do that a few times until it is less sticky. I take whatever size of transfer tape i need and stick it to the couch or table. For most cut graphics using t shirt vinyl like hotmark 70 no tape is needed.
I was trying to adhere glitter vinyl to glass and the regular transfer tape won t work to adhere to the glitter vinyl at all but the strong grip transfer tape won t let the design adhere to the glass. You create a decal but when you go to pick it up with the transfer tape the vinyl refuses to release from the backing paper. Smaller bits always take a little extra work though. Also if anyone is interested in the design i created i used arial black font for the weekend and opposites attract font for the i love you you can find both fonts in design space.
1 point 2 years ago. The problem i have with my clear tape is 1 it has static cling real bad. I cut out this design for my t shirt on the new design space it s amazing if you haven t played around with it yet. Use silhouette transfer tape with the cricut vinyl.
