My Washer Won T Drain Completely

My washer won t drain completely. It isn t that difficult to access the insides of a washing machine to service the motor and that may be what you have. If nothing is obstructing the drain tube the problem is most likely at the washing machine pump. Prop up the washer and remove the two screws that secure the front panel.

To test this remove the drain hose attached to the washer and make sure it is clear. Remove the drain hose attached to the water pump and check the pump and hose for obstructions.
